With 30+ years in health and wellness, and advanced training in brain health, functional aging, menopause fitness, yoga, and somatic healing, I specialize in helping midlife women feel strong, clear, and fully alive again.

After facing my own season of brain fog, stalled energy, and midlife changes, I dove deep into the science and created a method that works with your biology and restores balance from the inside out.
